Acting in an advisory capacity, Richard G. Perque assists the Law Offices of Graham Bosworth, LLC & Autumn Town, LLC in areas of family law and general civil litigation.

A graduate of Loyola University and the Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Richard is a qualified civil law mediator and attorney.  He began his legal career in Assumption Parish, Louisiana with his grandfather Risley “Pappy” Triche, and mother, Jane Triche-Milazzo. 

Following his grandfather’s retirement and mother’s investiture as District Judge of the 23rd Judicial District Court, Richard opened his practice in New Orleans to serve a greater population of southeastern Louisiana. 

He continues representing clients in both the river parishes and the Greater New Orleans area in the fields of family law, wills and estates, personal injury, and corporate and general civil litigation.

Richard is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, Federal District Courts seated in Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
